TechChina-built VLCC featuring green technologies delivered in Dalian
The 307,000-metric-ton VLCC Front Fraser, developed and built in China for Norwegian shipping company SEATANKERS, was delivered in Dalian. Built by DSIC and China Shipbuilding Trading, it has an exhaust gas cleaning system, meets Tier III nitrogen oxide standards and is expected to save about 35 million yuan in fuel costs each year. It was delivered 43 days ahead of schedule.
