President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine and Belgium are drafting a proposed “Drone Deal” to expand defense cooperation and strengthen Ukraine’s protection against Russian attacks. The two sides are also discussing possible signing dates. Zelensky thanked Belgium for more than 1.1 billion euros in aid allocated this year and its support for Ukraine’s EU path.
