Dmitry Larin, deputy chairman of Genbank’s board, died on the morning of August 18 after the motorcycle he was riding collided with an ambulance on Moscow’s 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, TASS reported. Larin, 50, oversaw the bank’s information security and IT operations. Genbank is a major bank in Crimea and was sanctioned by the U.S. in 2015 over its peninsula operations.
