OtherExplosion rocks Finnish plant near Russian border

An explosion hit a Stora Enso processing plant in Imatra, Finland, a few kilometers from the Russian border. The company is investigating, while fire chief Toni Jaako said a technical malfunction may have built pressure in a tall-oil tank, rupturing it. About 50 cubic meters spilled, with some reaching Lake Saimaa through drainage.
