President Volodymyr Zelensky said Yevhen Konovalets, a 20th-century military leader and founder of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists, was reburied at Kyiv’s National Military Memorial Cemetery. His remains had been returned from Rotterdam and he was posthumously awarded state and military honors.
