SportsHyrox: A global fitness sensation made in Germany

Founded in Germany in 2017, Hyrox combines eight one-kilometer runs with eight functional stations in a standardized competition. The format has expanded to more than 85 cities in around 30 countries, with participation growing from about 90,000 athletes in 2022-23 to over 650,000 by 2025.
