SportsFIFA COO Kevin Lamour exits after criticising Infantino’s World Cup plan

FIFA says Chief Operating Officer Kevin Lamour left the organisation on August 17, weeks after condemning Gianni Infantino’s proposal to sell a stake in the commercial rights of the World Cup and other tournaments. Lamour said staff had been “deceived” and called the plan “the project of one person”.
