Russia’s Central Election Commission has removed the anti-war Yabloko party from the State Duma ballot. Its former No. 2 line will be omitted, leaving United Russia at No. 1 followed directly by LDPR at No. 3. The Supreme Court rejected Yabloko’s appeal on August 17.
