Russian stocks rose at the opening of the main session on the Moscow Exchange. The MOEX and RTS indices gained 0.96% to 2,113.3 and 782.99 points, while the yuan-ruble rate fell to 12.583 rubles. By 10:16 a.m., both indices were up 1.03%.
