ScienceCRUTech consortium to link 24 universities from Tatarstan and China’s Shandong

The CRUTech consortium will bring together 10 universities from Tatarstan and 14 from China’s Shandong Province. Its memorandum was signed during Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Beijing, with the alliance intended to turn bilateral education and research ties into a network of joint projects.
