Tatarstan Head Rustam Minnikhanov said China is the republic’s leading investment partner and that bilateral trade reached a record $3.35 billion in 2025. Speaking at the SPROUTS forum in Kazan, he said cooperation is helping create production chains, promote innovation and support economic growth.
