Hong Kong will continue compiling and analyzing feedback in an effort to release its first five-year plan in September, Secretary Janice Tse Siu-wa said. The public consultation drew more than 16,000 submissions, with respondents generally saying the plan could help Hong Kong seize opportunities and make strategic arrangements.
