A few thousand people marched in Kyiv on Aug. 16 to demand that President Volodymyr Zelensky reinstate former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, whose dismissal sparked protests more than a month ago. The demonstration came ahead of parliament’s Aug. 18 return, while Zelensky has yet to directly address the organizers’ demands.
