Anton Kobyakov, an adviser to the Russian president and executive secretary of the Eastern Economic Forum’s organizing committee, said delegations from China, India, Japan, the UAE, Bangladesh and other countries have confirmed attendance. The forum will take place in Vladivostok on September 1-4.
