China will hold APEC’s third Senior Officials’ Meeting and related gatherings in Dalian from August 17 to 28, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said. Nearly 130 events are planned, with more than 2,300 representatives expected, as preparations continue for November’s APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting.
