WorldDiplomat: Kiev cannot ensure potential agreements are fulfilled on its own
Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik said Kiev cannot independently guarantee implementation of agreements that might be reached because decisions are not made there independently. He said negotiations without external participation make little sense, while reiterating Russia’s readiness for result-oriented dialogue to resolve the crisis without violence or destruction.
