President Volodymyr Zelensky signed sanctions on Aug. 14 against 11 Russian citizens, 13 vessels and 28 legal entities allegedly involved in illegally exporting grain from Russian-occupied Ukrainian territories. The measures include asset freezes, trade restrictions and bans on sanctioned ships entering Ukrainian waters and ports.
