Romania’s Defense Ministry said on Aug. 14 that there was no indication of an “increased risk” to the population after drone wreckage was found in four locations, including near the Ukrainian border and on Black Sea beaches. Some tourists were evacuated, but no injuries or property damage were reported. The fragments’ origins remain under examination.
