Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov said the Korean working people displayed fortitude, courage and an indomitable will when they drove Japanese invaders from their homeland 81 years ago under Kim Il Sung’s leadership. He said the victory in Korea’s independence struggle significantly contributed to the end of World War II.
