EconomyRTS Index falls below 800 points for first time since July
The dollar-denominated RTS Index dropped below 800 points for the first time since July 20 after the Bank of Russia published exchange rates for August 15-17. At 5:29 p.m. Moscow time, the index was down 4.8% at 798.75 points, while the regulator set the dollar at 84.54 rubles and the euro at 97.51 rubles.
