Russia’s Supreme Court has accepted Yabloko’s appeal against the cancellation of its federal candidate list registration for the State Duma elections. The appeals will be heard on August 17; party Chairman Nikolay Rybakov personally filed the complaint. If the decision stands, Yabloko will be barred from the election and related campaigning and broadcast rights.
