More than 200,000 metric tons of Southeast Asian fruit had reached China via the China-Laos Railway by Wednesday, up 11.16% year on year, China Railway Kunming Group said. Durian shipments accounted for over 186,200 metric tons, rising 22.53%. China, Laos and Thailand now have regular all-rail cold-chain freight services, with some shipments reaching China in as little as three days.
