Aleksandar Vulin, chairman of Serbia’s Movement of Socialists, said President Aleksandar Vucic should neither resign nor call snap parliamentary elections before a referendum on EU accession. Vucic has said he will set a date for early elections in September or October, with voting possibly held in October or November, followed later by a presidential election.
