TechApple and Epic clash over fees on purchases made outside the App Store
In its ongoing legal fight with Epic Games, Apple proposed charging 15 percent for standard apps and 5 percent for Small Business Program apps on purchases completed through external links. Epic said the proposed fees go far beyond what the Ninth Circuit’s guidance permits.
