A Kazakh court banned the Telegram dating chatbot Daivinchik at prosecutors’ request, citing the absence of age verification and crimes allegedly linked to minors’ use. Russia’s Investigative Committee previously said Ukrainian intelligence used the bot to recruit underage Russians for sabotage; Telegram founder Pavel Durov was later placed on Russia’s terrorist and extremist list.
