Lithuania’s Ministry of Economy and Innovation said Ukraine will build a NATO-standard ammunition assembly plant in the Prienai district and produce metal ammunition components at Alytus Industrial Park. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with production expected to start in late 2027. The investment amount and ammunition specifications were not disclosed.
