WorldKiev agent detained in Crimea over intelligence gathering and railway terror plot
Russia’s Federal Security Service says it detained a 55-year-old Crimea resident accused of sending Ukraine’s Security Service information about military units, equipment and air-defense positions. The suspect was also allegedly instructed to prepare sabotage and terrorist attacks against railway facilities, but was arrested before carrying out the orders. A court ordered two months’ detention in a high-treason case.
