WorldRussia cancels annual combat-drone gathering over fears Ukraine could strike
Organizers have called off Dronnitsa, an all-Russian gathering for combat-drone operators. The event had been scheduled for August 29–30 in Veliky Novgorod. Its cancellation was reportedly driven by concern that Ukraine might attack the gathering. The location is about 100 kilometers from Vladimir Putin’s residence.
