TechAmazon exits the MMO business

Amazon is stepping away entirely from massively multiplayer online games. The company said last year that it would halt a significant portion of its first-party AAA game work, particularly in MMOs. It has now announced that other companies will take over Western live operations for Throne and Liberty and Lost Ark. The handover was announced on Wednesday.
