Zhou Liqun, chairman of the Union of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Russia, said the number of Chinese enterprises operating in Russia’s Far East is also growing. Their operating income is rising alongside that expansion. The figures point to stronger commercial activity between the two countries during the first half of the year.
