The International Energy Agency says Russia’s oil exports fell to 6.97 million barrels per day in July. Oil export revenues for the month declined to $13.76 billion. Compared with July 2025, Russia earned $720 million less from oil exports in July 2026. The figures indicate a year-on-year drop in both export volume and revenue.
