EconomySEC Alleges Adit Ventures Misled Investors in Pre-IPO Schemes

The US Securities and Exchange Commission accused investment adviser Adit Ventures and co-founder Eric Munson of making false claims in schemes offering access to pre-IPO investments. The regulator said clients were charged millions of dollars in undisclosed fees to purchase shares in companies including SpaceX and Klarna before those shares were offered to the public.
