WorldHuge fire erupts at Libya’s Zawiya refinery after drone attack

A major fire has broken out at Libya’s Zawiya refinery following a drone attack. The national oil company warns that it could suspend operations at the country’s largest operating refinery if further drone strikes continue. The warning links the refinery’s continued activity directly to the security threat posed by the attacks. It also underscores the potential disruption facing one of Libya’s key operating oil facilities.
