Russia’s Supreme Court has removed the Yabloko party from the State Duma ballot. The decision granted a lawsuit filed by the Rodina party. Before the ruling, Yabloko chairman Nikolai Rybakov urged the court in his closing argument to reject Rodina’s case in full. He said the party had attracted young volunteers because they did not want to be killed in Ukraine.
