WorldNetanyahu says Israel will not withdraw from Gaza until Hamas disarms

Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that Israel’s military would not withdraw from Gaza until Hamas had been genuinely disarmed. His statement rejected the reported deal proposed by Donald Trump for Gaza. The White House has not commented on the Israeli prime minister’s position. Netanyahu’s condition places Hamas’s disarmament before any military withdrawal.
