Ukrainian forces carried out more than 110 attacks against Russia’s Belgorod Region over a 24-hour period, according to acting regional governor Alexander Shuvayev. Five civilians were injured during that time. Four of those wounded were hospitalized for treatment. The statement attributes the reported attacks and casualty figures to the regional official.
