WorldTurkish shipowner to sue Ukraine at ICC over vessel attack, media says
A Turkish shipowner plans to bring a case against Ukraine before the International Criminal Court over an attack on its vessel, media reports say. The vessel involved is the Turkish dry cargo ship MV Reyhan Sari. Earlier reports said a drone struck the ship in the Black Sea on July 22. It was carrying coal from Russia’s Taman port to Trabzon. The planned legal action centers on that reported attack at sea.
