TechX replaces revenue-sharing program with ‘Original Content Rewards’

X is shutting down its revenue-sharing scheme for content creators after multiple revisions during Elon Musk’s tenure. The platform will introduce a replacement called Original Content Rewards on September 8th. Eligibility requires creators to have at least 500 verified followers. They must also record at least 500,000 Home Timeline impressions from verified users. The change ends a program that had become controversial among creators.
