WorldBloomberg: Kyiv pledges not to attack CPC infrastructure in Black Sea
Kyiv has promised to refrain from striking Caspian Pipeline Consortium infrastructure and vessels heading toward its terminal, Bloomberg reported. The pledge applies when the infrastructure or vessels are not linked to Russia, have not been sanctioned by Ukraine, and are not carrying Russian cargo.
