Disney is testing an artificial intelligence feature for Disney Plus that lets viewers search using natural language or voice queries. Users can also select a suggested prompt. The system then creates a customized row of recommended shows and movies. Disney already recommends programming based on viewing history, but says this tool offers a new way to find content.
