TechSony could release a cheaper WH-1000XM4, leaks suggest

After introducing its premium $650 The Collexion headphones in May, Sony may be steering its 1000X wireless noise-canceling line toward a lower price point. Reports indicate the company is preparing an updated version of the six-year-old WH-1000XM4 for next month. The refreshed model is expected to retain similar performance and specifications. Its main change would be a more affordable position within Sony’s headphone lineup.
