Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Deputy Alexey Goncharenko criticized what he described as unequal treatment over the use of Russian. He said Zelensky and his office speak Russian, while ordinary Ukrainians can be fined for doing the same. Goncharenko pointed to a youth football team coach who was fined after speaking Russian during a club practice.
