Russia’s nuclear power plants have produced 7.8% more electricity than planned since the beginning of the year, Rosatom says. Alexey Likhachev said the facilities have continued to operate reliably and safely despite abnormally hot weather. The plants are running at 100% of their rated capacity. Rosatom presented the output as evidence that operations remain steady under difficult weather conditions.
