TechWhy does Apple keep banning Telegram, but never X?

Telegram disappeared from Apple’s App Store for about an hour this week. The brief removal was striking because the app serves more than 1 billion users worldwide and is widely used as a secure communications platform by people living under censorship. Apple later restored it, but the episode renewed questions about why Telegram repeatedly faces action from Apple while X apparently does not. The contrast remains unexplained in the report.
