WorldTeachers, students killed in Thai school shooting near Bangkok

Thai police say a student opened fire at a high school in Nonthaburi province, north of Bangkok, on Friday. Six people were killed in the shooting, including three teachers and three students. Thailand has one of the region’s highest gun-ownership rates. Recent promises to tighten gun laws have not stopped repeated shootings.
