SocietyAlan Jones trial: defence says complainant sought to ‘humiliate’ broadcaster
Alan Jones’s defence has told a Sydney court that one complainant invented intimate details about alleged assaults at a Fitzroy Falls farm. The barrister argued that describing Jones’s penis as moving was an effort to “humiliate” and “smear” the broadcaster. The complainant had earlier given evidence about an alleged bedroom incident and described Jones’s sexual state and size. Jones has pleaded not guilty to 22 charges of indecent assault and sexual touching.
