TechTikTok blames moderator error for delayed response to Perez Hilton livestream

TikTok says a moderator’s mistake delayed the removal of a livestream that appeared to show blogger Perez Hilton harming himself. The company says it notified law enforcement about the incident. TikTok US spokesperson Jamie Favazza also said Hilton’s account was banned. The ban was issued for violating the platform’s community guidelines.
