WorldUkraine’s former top commander Zaluzhnyi says he supports NATO but Russia has countered nearly all its weapons
Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Kingdom and former commander-in-chief of its armed forces, said he regards himself as a supporter of NATO.
