Russia’s government will permit the production, import and sale of Euro-2, Euro-3 and Euro-4 automotive gasoline. The Energy Ministry announced the decision on its Telegram channel. The authorization will remain in effect until July 1, 2027. The measure comes as the country faces a fuel shortage.
