Around 1,000 tons of wheat have been transported from Russia to Armenia through Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan lifted its ban on the transit of goods bound for Armenia across its territory in late October last year. The shipment follows that change in transit policy and uses Azerbaijan as the route between the two countries.
